Joe Washington, Jr. was charged with two counts of robbery and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon. He waived right to a jury trial, and the case was tried to the court. On April 20, 1970 he was found guilty of each of the four counts and punishment was imposed according to A.R.S. ร§ 13-1641. From this judgment he appeals.
